Contact Records at 812-436-7956 or at epdrecordsshared@evansvillepolice.com to schedule a time to come in and read the rule book, sign the CJIS form and bring an ID to be copied. This will need to be during normal business hours.
Once Records has processed your information, you will be passed to a Patrol lieutenant for scheduling.
