Office Services Unit

The Office Services Unit is responsible for maintaining the budget and financial operations of the department. The Unit consists of civilian positions of Finance Officer, a Finance Assistant, and a Quartermaster. They perform a wide variety of bookkeeping and clerical duties while working closely with the City Controller as they report and receive payroll, complete detailed budgetary information, and submit requisitions to process purchase orders. 

The Office Services Unit is responsible for purchasing all equipment and maintaining an inventory of essential supplies to keep our department running efficiently 24/7.
