   Detective Nathan Schroer

 

 

Eleven year, Evansville Police Detective Nathan Schroer has been diagnosed again with Leukemia after being in remission for approximately 9 years. The Evansville Police Department Foundation has volunteered to be the conduit for several fundraisers that are being prepared.

Profile

Nathan started his EPD career in law enforcement in 2002.  He has been assigned to Motor Patrol, the Crime Prevention Unit, and the Narcotics Unit. Presently, he is assignment to the Holly’s House, where he investigates domestic violence and sex related offenses.

Nathan's strong desire to serve doesn't end with his police duties, but he also is the interim pastor at Northwoods Church.  Where he serves Christ and shares his faith with the community.  Nathan also teaches a weekly bible study for his law enforcement family.  This ministry is known as Code3 ministries .

Nathan is also a loving husband and father of three.
