Choose Not To Lose 2018 Camp

About the camp...

The Evansville Police Department in conjunction with the Fraternal Order of Police, Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Office, and Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office has created a summer law enforcement experience to give interested students the unique opportunity of stepping into the shoes of a police officer. The program is designed to encourage teamwork and a healthy sense of self-esteem while reinforcing the benefit of choosing the right path and making good choices.

Camps will be held at the Fraternal Order of Police P.A.L. Camp, 5417 North Happe Road, about 7 miles from downtown Evansville. Bus transportation will be provided from the pickup/drop off point near the C.K. Newsome Community Center at the corner of Heidelbach and Walnut. The bus will leave promptly at 7:30 A.M. and return at 2:30 P.M.
